MARYAM HUNWICK & HUNWICK HUGHES LTD Maryam Hunwick is the managing director and agent at
Hunwick Hughes Ltd. Previously she worked at BBC Worldwide for nine years
managing business affairs, talent rights and publishing in their multi-media
and spoken word rights departments. Since 2000 she has established an
excellent reputation for her talent agency, guiding the careers of a select
book of multi award winning stage and screen artists in international film,
TV and theatre productions. Maryam has an extensive knowledge of film,
television and theatre practice, business and production. She is also a
director of the film production company Kickabout Films Ltd (http://www.kickaboutfilms.com). Hunwick Hughes Ltd celebrated ten years of management
in 2010. In that time, Maryam
and her partner Nick Hughes directly invested in grassroots arts
organisations by sponsoring the Royal National Theatre Connections Youth
Theatre Festivals Scottish showcase at the Royal Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh,
in 2007 and 2008. They sponsored the Royal Lyceum Theatre Company's schools
programme in 2007 and established the Lyceum Youth Theatre Development Fund
in 2009. In 2008, the partnership between Hunwick Hughes Ltd and
The Royal Lyceum Theatre Company received investment under the Scottish
Executive New Arts Sponsorship Awards and Hunwick Hughes was commended by
Arts and Business, Scotland, in their annual awards. |
